Michele Borg, Vice President of KnowledgeBank’s Federal Operations has more than 25 years of successfully working with senior and executive client management and programs to deliver exceptional service and support. She brings a broad base of experience in leading strategic business initiatives, providing executive and program management support across multiple projects and accounts, building consensus among critical resources, identifying critical success factors and mitigating risks, and identifying revenue generation opportunities.

With more than 20 years focused on the federal sector, Michele is skilled in all aspects of program and project management, contract management, quality assurance, and proposal development. Relationship development and resolving issues with win-win results are among her key strengths. Since establishing KnowledgeBank’s Project Management Operations structure in 2010, Michele has continued to successfully expand our client base in the federal sector, identifying opportunities that directly support critical missions.

Michele earned her Master of Business Administration in Management from Strayer University and her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. She received her Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
