Julia Whitcup, Chief Financial Officer of KnowledgeBank, Inc., has more than twenty years of financial management experience. Julia has proven financial and executive leadership for organizations in the consulting and financial services industries. She has identified key financial performance metrics and managed the implementation of critical projects and programs related to financial and operational management. She has been instrumental in shaping the success of KnowledgeBank’s rapid growth.

Prior to joining KnowledgeBank, Julia held several positions at BearingPoint. She managed large scale projects for the financial services sector for key global clients such as JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs and American Express. She also served for several years on the Risk & Quality Management Team. Prior to her long tenure at BearingPoint, Julia was the Chief Financial Officer of Griffin Financial Services, where in addition to managing all aspects of the Financial, Administration and Information Technology for the company, she completed mergers and acquisitions, managed the design and implementation of sales force automation system, the launch of a family of seven proprietary mutual funds achieving brokerage sales and proprietary assets under management in excess of a billion dollars.
Julia has held leadership roles in various volunteer capacities including the Parent Teacher Association and specific programs related to childhood education and activities.

She earned a BS in Finance and Business Administration from the University of Kansas. In addition she has held securities licenses from the Financial Industry and Regulatory Authority (FINRA) that include: Series 7 General Securities Registered Representative, 24 General Securities Principal and 27 General Securities Financial and Operations Principal.
