Overview
The Human Capital and Training Solution (HCaTS) contract is a product of a partnership between the General Services Administration (GSA), responsible for contract administration, and The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM). HCaTS is a strategically sourced, government-wide, multiple-award, indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle. The objective of HCaTS is to provide Federal agencies with an integrated and customized solution for training and development, human capital strategy, and organizational performance improvement services at the individual, unit and enterprise-wide department levels.
